References to "pulling" keep popping up in Torchwood fic. I've seen things like "I should have worn my pulling shirt" (talking about going out to a bar) and "Get your coat, you're pulled." Can someone explain what that means? Bonus points if you tell me where the expression comes from.

 Apparently, for me to actually make it to a chat, it must be hastily arranged at the last minute. thanks to phoebesmum for getting up the sports night chat yesterday; it was quite fun and a great reason to laze about on saturday afternoon! next time, I may actually watch the dvds in reality, instead of just in my head.

The fight isn’t his fault, but Danny knows his parents won’t see it that way. He’s never the one to throw the first punch - David’s twice his size; he’s not an idiot - but he gets just as much blame.
